DDP: we arrange carriage and import clearance to the destination. DAP: the buyer clears import and pays duties/taxes. The option is confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Lead times

  • Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria: 2–4 working days
  • France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czechia: 3–5 working days
  • Nordics and Baltics: 3–6 working days
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 2–6 working days plus customs

Tracking

Tracking is shared when the shipment leaves the warehouse. Pallet and pallet-box shipments include a packing list and SSCC labels where required.

Damaged or short deliveries

Report within 48 hours with photos of the carton, labels and the packing list. We will replace or credit confirmed transit damage or picking errors.

Returns

Returns require a written RMA and must be unused and in original packaging. Opened nicotine products, custom-printed packaging and clearance lines are non-returnable.
