Trade terms

Trade-only supply

VapeEazy supplies businesses only. Buyers must be 18+ and hold a valid business registration for the market they sell into. Products are not supplied for personal consumption.

Minimum order

10 units per SKU for stock lines. Custom colourways and private-label projects start at 1,000 units per SKU unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are indicative retail references, not wholesale quotes. Final wholesale pricing is confirmed on the proforma invoice and depends on volume, destination and stock at the time of order.

Payment

Proforma invoice, bank transfer. Production or dispatch is scheduled after the deposit or full payment clears, as stated on the invoice.

Lead times

Stock lines typically dispatch within 48 hours. Custom and private-label orders typically take 2–3 weeks after artwork approval, plus transit.

Shipping

EU warehouse dispatch with DDP or DAP options. Buyers are responsible for import duties and local taxes where DDP is not selected.

Returns

Returns require a written RMA. Damaged or short deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos and the packing list. Used or opened nicotine products cannot be returned.

Compliance

Buyers are responsible for product notification, labelling, advertising and market compliance in their own jurisdiction. Documentation is supplied to support the buyer’s own filings; it is not legal advice.

Liability

Nicotine is addictive. Products must be kept out of reach of children and sold strictly to adults. VapeEazy is not liable for misuse or for sales outside the buyer’s authorised market.
