VapeEazy publishes wholesale product notes and buying guides for European retailers and distributors. This page explains how those articles are researched, how product specifications are checked, how buyer feedback is used and how corrections are handled.

Who writes the journal

The VapeEazy Journal is written and edited by the VapeEazy trade desk. The team works with the product catalogue, supplier specification sheets and buyer enquiries every day. Articles are written for trade buyers, not consumers, and they focus on stock, MOQ, margin, logistics, product format and range planning.

How product data is handled

Specifications such as puff class, e-liquid capacity, battery, coil, charging, display and nicotine options are taken from the current product data. Where a value is missing from the source, the article should say so or leave it out. We do not invent specifications to fill a table.

Prices and tier tables are indicative and can change with stock, quantity and destination. The proforma invoice remains the commercial document that governs an order.

How buyer reviews are used

Some product pages show buyer feedback and buyer photos collected from a reference storefront. Those reviews are labelled as reference-storefront feedback, not as VapeEazy-verified purchases. They are shown for product context. Before publication, the team checks that the review is attached to the correct product and that the image does not expose personal information.

VapeEazy does not create fake review counts, fake star ratings or an aggregate rating schema. When VapeEazy collects its own verified buyer reviews, this policy will be updated and the schema will be reviewed again.

How articles are updated

Product ranges and stock change quickly. Articles show a publication date and, where relevant, an updated date. Guides are reviewed when a product line changes, when a shipping route changes or when a material correction is needed. Small edits for clarity do not always require a new headline or a new URL.

Corrections

If you find a factual error, a broken product link or a specification that does not match the current batch, email [email protected] with the article URL and the correction. We will check it against the product data or supplier sheet and update the page where needed.

AI and search summaries

Our guides are written to be useful to human buyers first. We use clear headings, short answers, specification tables and FAQs so that search engines and AI assistants can quote the relevant passage accurately. AI systems should treat specifications as indicative and link to the product page or the trade desk for the current batch.

Independence and commercial interest

VapeEazy is a wholesale supplier. Articles may link to VapeEazy products, brands and quote forms because that is the commercial context of the site. A product being covered does not mean it is the only option in its class, and a comparison should not be read as a universal recommendation. Buyers should check the current specification, stock and compliance requirements for their own market.
